BA Continuum India Analyst interviews, decoded.

The interview process was straightforward. I went through 3 interview rounds with Senior Level managers before receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive throughout and clearly explained the role and responsibilities.

First round was a technical interview with an analyst, then a senior person did a technical round, followed by the manager, and finally the LOB round with the US/UK Project manager.

A friend referred me. The interview process had 3 rounds. First was a face-to-face technical interview. Second was a phone technical interview with the onsite manager. The last interview was a techno/managerial interview with an upper-level manager. The whole process took 2 weeks, but the offer took twice as long. The job itself has great work-life balance, possibly the best.
