Candidate-reported interview process

the interview process goes like this: first, they screen resumes to shortlist candidates; next, a 30-minute HR interview assesses cultural fit and soft skills; finally, the hiring manager interviews you to evaluate technical skills and suitability for the role

There were 4 interview steps and a technical assessment. It wasn't too long, but it also wasn't super clear. The technical assessment was alright, even though the objective wasn't very well-defined. The HR person was really nice though.

I had an HR interview first, over the phone. The person was nice and welcoming, and talked about how much she liked working at the company. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager via video call. This one was more technical and focused on systems and data-related questions.
