After my CV was screened, I was invited to the first interview. I got an automated reply, then I was invited. I waited for a reply, but the position was closed on their website. I wasn't moved forward and didn't get any feedback. They also don't reply to emails. Their HR process seems confusing and unorganized. I noticed an issue on their website: if a query shows more than 25 results, you have to go to the next page, but sometimes the same offers appear on different pages because the system doesn't remember what was already shown. They also post and delete the same offers daily. The company might be stable, but their HR process is unpleasant.
The first contact was a phone call, which was very friendly. It started with a brief introduction to the job description, followed by a personal introduction, then job-specific questions, and finally time for my questions. The TA person seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and was open to further questions. It was a bit unusual that it was only a phone call and not a video call.
A few days after applying, I had a screening call with HR that was pleasant and brief. Then, I interviewed with a Senior Project Manager, which was a bit tougher but gave me a good feel for the job. The role turned out to be a bit different than advertised, more like an Internal Consulting gig. Lastly, I had a final chat with the Director of Purchasing to see how I'd fit.
