Candidate-reported interview process

It was great - short and sweet - one conversation, one offer - they clearly stated what to expect. At the time, the organization was experiencing huge growth and new hires were coming in in droves. The recruitment process was relatively easy.

The first call with the recruiter was great. She introduced herself and the company really well and guided me through her questions very effectively. The second interview with the hiring manager also went very well. I felt like they were listening to me and were genuinely interested in learning more about me.

The HR person I spoke with was really out of touch. I was interviewing for a role in a specific European country, and they seemed to think it was outside the EU. It's their market, so they should at least know where they're doing business. It felt very unorganized and unprofessional. The interview with another person was alright, but the overall lack of professionalism was clear. They said I'd get feedback in a week but then just ghosted me.
