Candidate-reported interview process

First there was an HR call. Then a coding challenge, where I had to write a service and its unit tests using Java 10. Finally, a technical interview with usual Java and Spring questions.

I applied for the role via Stack Overflow and got an email within a week. The interview was on Skype. The first round involved basic Java questions, like asking about the direct superclass of Long and Double and the JDK version they were introduced in.

First, there was a recruiter call where they asked some technical questions. Be ready to talk about what you know about AUTO1 and why you're interested in working there. Next up was a technical interview, which involved pretty basic questions on Java core, Spring, Hibernate, testing, and other related areas. I didn't make it to the next stage.
