Quick interview, they ask for your documents the same week as long as you pass the psychometric tests. If hiring is urgent, you start that week. If the posting is recent, you'll have to wait a bit.

The interview covered my professional background. We also discussed working under pressure and dealing with difficult clients. It was a standard 'tell me about yourself' type of interview. The conversation was quite relaxed.
