Candidate-reported interview process
The interview happened, then a test, and it's been almost 2 months and no results. Not even feedback, just a yes or no. I followed up twice, the messages were seen but not answered. Sad to see this disrespect towards the candidate.
First, there was a phone call. Then, a technical evaluation of Excel and PowerPoint skills, which included making an executive presentation. After that, an English validation via a Google Meets meeting. If you pass these, you'll have an in-person interview with the client at their offices, and if you're a final candidate, you'll do psychometric tests.
