The interview process started with an AI interview, followed by a panel interview with multiple people. I was called for the interview 3 times. There was no clear control over who conducted the interviews. There was a lack of information, it was very disorganized, and didn't inspire much confidence.
The hiring process was lengthy. I completed a pre-employment medical exam and submitted my documents. Despite the recruiter assuring me that the start date was August 4th, I was not hired for the position. This was a disappointing experience.
The process was very clear and objective. They asked about my professional journey up to the present and my availability. It was simple and direct, which allowed me to showcase a bit of each phase of my professional life.
