Candidate-reported interview process

It was easy, I had a phone interview and then an in person one. They asked about handling difficult customers and working under pressure, stressing the importance of the STAR method. The interview was about 30 minutes, and I got a verbal offer the next day.

The interview process was straightforward and friendly; they made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. I really enjoyed the interview, which was conducted in a group setting. Each candidate introduced themselves, stating their name, age, where they live, and their professional experience listed on their resume.

The interview process has different stages where they evaluate your performance. If you pass the interviews correctly, the last one is a role-play where you have to sell a product. The key is to show confidence.
