Process went well, with a handwriting assessment and a behavioral test, followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring managers. Everything happened quickly and positively. I don't have much else to add.
First with HR and then with the area Manager. Questions about your professional experience and as a person. With HR, they filter your profile and try to get to know you to check compatibility. There is a presentation of the company, responsibilities, and benefits. With the Manager, they ask technical questions for the area.
The interview was super pleasant, very cordial, and had a lot of empathy. They asked me to talk about myself, my work experiences, and my studies. Then they asked me about my motivation to join the company.
