The overall interview experience was decent and good. The first interview took about half an hour and involved three interviewers: one from HR and two from the relevant function. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
We started with an online exam, followed by an interview with the sales head, and then an HR interview. Both of these rounds were eliminations, and if you passed them, you moved on to a final interview with the regional sales manager.
So first up, there's the aptitude round. It's all about checking your logical reasoning, how good you are with numbers, data interpretation, stuff like percentages, ratios, and probability. They also test your basic problem-solving skills with DSA. After that, you move to the technical interview. This covers some basic coding questions, SQL queries, database concepts, and core fundamentals. Lastly, there's the HR round where they look at your communication skills, your attitude, what your career goals are, and if you'd be a good cultural fit.
