Candidate-reported interview process

The process started with a call from the recruiter who asked if I was willing to join. An interview was scheduled after that, and the questions were about sales in general, and they wanted to talk about sales in general.

so basically first I had to take an aptitude test, then we had a group discussion, and finally, there were two personal interview rounds to get the job.

I recently got this interview opportunity through my MBA college. The whole recruitment thing has four stages: first an aptitude test, then a group discussion, after that an interview, and finally a chat with the regional manager. It was a pretty good experience overall, they seemed really keen to see how much I knew about sales and marketing and if I was excited about it. They asked stuff to check if I understood the field and if I was ready to jump in and help the company.
