Candidate-reported interview process

The overall interview experience was decent and good. The first interview took about half an hour and involved three interviewers: one from HR and two from the relevant function. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

We had 4 rounds in total. First was an aptitude test covering quantitative, reasoning, and verbal skills. Second was a coding test focusing on SQL and Java, which included both writing code for a problem and debugging existing code. The third was a technical round, and the final one was an HR round.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, there was an online test. Then, 2 interview rounds where they asked subject knowledge questions about polymers. The last round was also subject and aptitude based.
