First there was an online test with aptitude and technical questions, most people got selected. Then there was a GD which is an elimination round. Online GD can be unpredictable, you never know who they pick. Usually, the person who speaks the most. And finally, there was an interview.

it was professional and basic technical questions are asked' two interviewers were present self intro was asked too and then mechanical basics of ic engine, boilers, kinematics of machinery, fluid mechanics, strength of materials why asian paints it was a professional and organised interview

The interview process started with a 1-hour test covering basic aptitude and technical questions from my domain, plus some general questions. After that, there was a group discussion (GD) where we discussed abstract topics. My topic was "Mac'D vs vada pav", and other topics included "are exams required or not". Finally, there was an interview round.
