Easy job. Less than 30 minutes, friendly HR and hiring manager. Had to take a test and a presentation. Very fun and nice chatting. Yes yes yes yes yes no no no no.
So there were 2 rounds basically. First was a Group Discussion on a general topic, and then there was a personal interview with a functional head and an HR person. They asked technical questions based on my past experience and also some questions about my extracurriculars.
Interviews are basically structured chats where someone or a group of people ask you stuff to see if you're a good fit for the job or know your stuff. You'll probably get asked about your behavior, hypothetical situations, and technical things. Doing your homework is super important – like, research the company, practice your answers, and dress the part. When you're actually talking to them, speaking clearly, being confident, and giving good examples really matter. After it's all done, you might want to send a thank you note.
