Candidate-reported interview process

This was my second interview for this role at Annalect. I was asked about speaking Danish in both interviews, even though it's optional in the job description. I was told Danish is mainly used in internal and client meetings and for upskilling. It's unclear why this was not in the job ad, as it seems necessary for the role. It feels like we wasted time twice because of this lack of upfront communication. I hope this helps future candidates.

It was a quick interview, but the job description and the interview questions were very different. They weren't looking for a Project Manager but a creative marketing professional. Also, they want you to work in the US shift.

So my resume was looked at and selected, and then I had a phone chat. After that, I moved on to the first round which was a technical panel interview where they asked me stuff about SQL, Python, data analysis, Excel, and Power BI.
