Candidate-reported interview process

Good experience. Many rounds, but they explained the job description in detail and gave feedback. Seemed like a lot of technical rounds, but it made sense. Overall, a good experience for me, coming from a manager background in technology and software development.

They have generic resumes and it's unclear why they're hiring unless you connect well after being hired. If you're working directly with a client, understand the project scope and your role. Don't overcommit to this company as they don't value loyalty. It's worth asking about recent silent layoffs.

They quickly processed the interview and released the offer letter. Total two rounds were there. First round interview was towards the technical side and second round was management related for me.
