Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process at Annalect was well-structured and balanced. It started with solid basic questions that helped set a strong foundation, followed by intermediate-level questions that were fair and manageable. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience, focusing on practical knowledge and logical thinking rather than tricky or obscure questions.

They will look mainly on basic skills like sql, python and spark, and mainly AWS technologies. They will give to to write down the code to execute on some online tool.

A recruiter from a consulting firm called me and set up an interview. I attended the first round and it went well, I'm waiting to hear back. The interviewer was decent and good, flexible and focused on my thinking process rather than just basic answers. For this role, the interviewer asked about AWS Lambdas (since it was on my resume), API Gateway, Python programming concepts, SQL joins and queries, and Git.
