No response after follow up, no professionalism to get back candidate for closure. It doesn't matter if selected or not, should have some ethics to send a response to candidate who spent more than 60 mins of their time.
3 rounds of interview asking about sql,ML 1 st round was about the what is written on the resume. 2nd round was aboout the Excel and sql and 3rd round was about the sql and machine learning.
Applied through a step program which Annalect participates in. It was a 2 step process. Got a reply really quickly, around 1 week later. Had a phone interview with HR dept (very non technical, mostly aspirational and industry knowledge) then was invited to an interview in London which I could not attend (with good reason of course )but they were happy to arrange one over Skype.
