The interview process consisted of three rounds: a technical round, a technical round with an on-shore client, and an HR round. The process is quite good and easy, moving quickly, and if selected, you'll get hired soon.
I had two technical rounds. The first was with a third-party vendor, and the second was with someone from Annalect. They were looking for a Vue.js developer after I completed both interviews.
It was a 5 round interview process. The first round was a recruiter call with someone from Omnicom Media Group. The second round was with the Director at Annalect who leads the SWE team. Then there were three more rounds with senior SWE team members. A take-home assignment was given between round 2 and 3. Round 3 involved an algorithm question, and round 4 was a review of the take-home. They tried to make the whole thing feel human and enjoyable, which it was, one of my better interview experiences as a SWE.
