Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was messy and disorganized. It included a simple take-home assignment. There was no recruiter contact, and I had to ask for feedback. The final meeting was with the VP, but then I was ghosted after a long process. It wasn't worth the effort.

I had a phone interview for the internship. I had prepared a lot on statistics and database management since they were in the job description. The phone interview wasn't super technical; they asked me about my past projects and some behavioral questions.

The interview process included 4 rounds: an assignment, a virtual technical interview, and a face-to-face interview. The difficulty was intermediate, and the focus was on the media domain and market mix modeling. Overall, it was a great interview experience.
