The interview process was good but highly competitive due to referrals and internal connections. It seemed very based on New York connections. The recruiters were nice, but it was hard to gauge performance.
It was super chill. I just showed up as myself and talked about my abilities. We chatted for half an hour, and I got an offer the following week. I liked that it felt like a regular chat.
