Candidate-reported interview process

The assistant manager interviewed me, and she was really nice. The interview was quite long, but I actually liked that because it felt like they were invested in getting to know me well.

The interview process at Ann Taylor is pretty easy and nice for candidates. I had a phone call, which I think was an initial screening with the store manager, and then an in-person interview. They mostly asked behavioral questions about customer service, working with a team, and solving problems. The process moved fast, and I heard back within a week. Overall, it was a smooth and good experience.

I found the job on Indeed.com and was contacted via email for an interview. Although I initially applied for a position at Tysons Galleria, I ended up interviewing at the Tysons Corner location. The interview took place with the manager in the back of the store.
