There was a personality quiz to complete when applying online. After that, a phone interview with HR, then an interview with the Store Manager and the District Manager. The process was delayed because they hired a new store manager and didn't have a district manager in place.
It was a friendly, quick, and easy process! I felt right at home and totally comfortable because everyone was so nice. The manager was really professional and welcoming. Even though the store was packed when I got there, they got me in for the interview right away.
It was casual and laid back. It highlighted and embraced my skills and knowledge in sales, styling, and exceptional customer service with a focus on building customer loyalty. It was personal and one on one. It was an internal promotion for me so I had to have a phone conversation with the District Manager and interview with another Store Leader from a neighboring satellite location.
