Candidate-reported interview process

I met with the district manager at a store location (not the one I applied for). The interview was about an hour long, and the district manager was really nice. We did the usual interview questions, and then they walked me around the store and asked me to give my thoughts on the visual merchandising.

I had a quick chat with a recruiter and then a district manager. Three meetings in total before they extended an offer, which included info about a potential bonus to sweeten the deal. I was able to start not long after accepting.

Super long interview process! I talked to the district manager, another store manager, the regional VP, another district manager, and their visual manager!!!
