They came on campus and I had a 1-on-1 interview over zoom. It was pretty basic, just asking me to walk through my project. I spoke for a bit longer and asked the recruiter two questions. I think the recruiter is a project manager on the team. I didn't hear back after this.
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter pretty quickly, within 3 days, for a phone screen. After that, I had a Zoom interview with some team members the next week. Then there was a third interview with more team members. All of these were video calls. The whole process from applying to getting the offer took about 3 weeks.
It seems there were two rounds of interviews planned, but I only got through the first one. The interview was the usual kind where they ask you to talk about yourself, then a few general questions about your personality and asking for examples of when something happened. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
