Candidate-reported interview process

It was a thorough process and they contacted my past employers and then we had a face-to-face interview where they asked me a set of questions and answers. It was a friendly process and I was fine with it. My agent was then involved and I was given several rounds of interviews to complete. Overall, the experience was fine and good, and I was happy to go through it.

The first interview was with HR. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager, and the third interview was with the Hiring Manager's superior. The whole process took too long to get to the final outcome. I would have appreciated a faster response.

First, you get a call and are invited for an in-person meeting at the company. You need to introduce yourself in English. Then, you'll complete an IQ test. Following that, you'll solve a given task. After this, you'll be contacted again for another meeting where you'll spend about an hour with each Team Leader. Finally, you'll be contacted with a job offer.
