I applied online and then had a phone interview. It was very technical and focused on my projects and work, with a few behavioral questions thrown in. They responded quickly after the phone interview and the on-site was well-organized, with travel and stay covered. On the interview day, I got a tour of the campus and had three separate interviews with developers and a manager. They didn't do coding or white-board questions, but instead asked a lot of questions about concepts and presented sample problems. It was a great experience overall, with really in-depth conversations. I got an offer a few days later.
It started with a phone screen, and then I went on-site to meet the whole team. During the team interview, they asked technical questions about the programming languages we use. It was pretty chill, and the technical stuff was relevant to the job. The team seemed nice and explained things well, but they didn't really give a good vibe of the division's culture, so I didn't really get a sense of the corporate politics that were going on.
Sent in my resume through career services. They contacted me for a phone interview. After phone interview, he seemed impressed by my answers to the behavioral questions and ultimately offered a position. Said HR would get into contact with me
