The interview process felt very conversational. All the interviewers I met were super friendly. I've heard Amway has a welcoming atmosphere, and I definitely felt that vibe! I spoke with 4 different people during the process, and I couldn't say anything bad about any of them.
I interviewed at a University, and the initial interview was a casual chat where they asked about my background and experiences. I was then selected for further interviews at Ada, MI. For the second stage, I had to give a presentation about my skills and experience, followed by two rounds of interviews with department members.
First, I had a phone call, then we went out to dinner. After that, there were two team interviews, each split into two parts, followed by a final presentation in person.
