Candidate-reported interview process
Had a 30-minute phone interview for the first round. They asked formal behavioral questions tailored for a college student. If I didn't give a detailed answer, they would ask for more elaboration or examples.
I applied online and about a week later, they called me in for an interview at the company. First, there was an HR interview where they asked me some behavioural questions and went over my CV. After that, I had a manager interview where I learned more about what I'd be doing as an intern.
I had one phone interview where they asked me basic questions about my studies and what I've been involved with. Then, there was an on-site interview which included a fifteen minute presentation about my past work experience.
