Candidate-reported interview process

We talked about my projects and experience, it was pretty chill and casual. They asked about my experience and expertise with different tech stacks. There weren't any technical questions, but they were curious about company fit and my overall experience level.

So the interview process was like this: you start with a call with HR, you know, to introduce yourself and get more info about the job and company. Then, there are two more interviews. One is with the Hiring manager and the third one is with some of the team members.

I had a phone call with an HR rep, then a video call with the SEO manager, and after that, there was an assignment. I didn't get past the assignment, but the plan was to have at least one more step, which was an in-person interview with senior management. The whole thing went smoothly and HR was pretty quick to respond. I felt like I did a good job on the assignment, but I never got any feedback on it.
