Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process was like this: you start with a call with HR, you know, to introduce yourself and get more info about the job and company. Then, there are two more interviews. One is with the Hiring manager and the third one is with some of the team members.

We started with an HR screening call, then there was an online test, followed by a call with the manager. The final stage was an in-person interview where I had to present a project I had built.

It was a 4 interview process with a take-home project that took over 4 hours. 3 interviews were virtual, and one was in-person at their HQ. The first interview was a quick HR call, followed by two technical discussions with the team. The last interview required me to present something I built previously. The process felt pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They ghosted me after I asked for feedback, which was frustrating given the time invested.
