Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone call with an HR rep, then a video call with the SEO manager, and after that, there was an assignment. I didn't get past the assignment, but the plan was to have at least one more step, which was an in-person interview with senior management. The whole thing went smoothly and HR was pretty quick to respond. I felt like I did a good job on the assignment, but I never got any feedback on it.

I applied online and got a call back about 10 minutes later. It was a super quick and easy initial chat. They asked about my SEO experience and went through my resume.

There was a significant wait time after the initial call before the next steps. The final interview involved meeting with three key executives. Although the atmosphere was relaxed, I sensed a subtle but thorough evaluation. No feedback was provided throughout the entire process.
