Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard interview process with about 3-5 rounds. There was a take-home assignment, which was a bit weird and unclear, and then an in-person interview at the end.

A recruiter initially contacted me for a basic phone screen. I then advanced to a second interview with the hiring manager, though a director also joined, which wasn't communicated beforehand. I received an email rejection after that interview with no further feedback. The recruiter and interviewers were generally pleasant, and the process moved fairly quickly. My main concern is the job listing on LinkedIn stated Hybrid work, but the recruiter insisted it's fully in-office, which feels misleading given many of their postings are listed as Hybrid.

First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter to discuss my qualifications. Then, I had a zoom interview with some team members where they asked more in-depth questions. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the recruiter, a leader, and another team member.
