Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really fast process, maybe too fast like they weren't that serious about finding the right person. The interview itself was in a hot room and the questions felt like they just copied them from my resume. They didn't seem very professional. The best part was they showed me where they have their happy hour.

It was a terrible process from start to finish. The phone call screening was brief but okay. Then there was a Zoom interview with the manager and director of the department. The final round was the most bizarre and degrading interview ever. It was a panel interview with managers and directors, led by someone from HR. The first question asked was to describe my high school experience and jobs I worked in HS, which was over 20 years ago. I have never felt more judged during an interview. Don't waste your time with this company.

The first call was really quick. They asked about my experience, how I keep up with market trends, and my motivation for wanting the job. I also got to ask about opportunities for growth and who I'd report to.
