Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was okay. I had an interview with the HR staff. The interaction was neutral, a bit aggressive, which I didn't like much. Based on what I gathered, I don't think the work environment was very good.
Had an online interview with some questions and a bit of small talk about what I've done before and what I want to do. The interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to the whole time. They asked good questions and answered mine well.
It was a basic interview session with the Hiring Manager, Head of Department, and a third person. They all asked questions interchangeably. The key is to not be anxious, it's just an interview.
