Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Tower in June 2017. Very quick streamlined interview process. Phone interview to learn about yourself and give more information on position and company. Followed by an in person interview by 4 current employees individually.

I applied through Glassdoor, and the next day, they emailed me asking if I needed sponsorship to work in the US. After that, they emailed again to set up a phone interview.

The interview process has two rounds: first, a technical round with a coding challenge where you need to provide the output, and second, an HR round with casual questions about you and others.
