I had a few remote video interviews. Some of them were in a group setting with multiple interviewers, and they asked a variety of questions covering engineering topics, as well as process and project details. They also asked about my previous experience.
The interview process was good. They asked me 3 technical questions. Nothing personal. Basically, if you are familiar with steel design, it shouldn't be a problem. Questions will be such as, condition for design and design criterion for steel member such as steel plate, connections or truss
First, there was a phone chat with someone from HR. Then, I went to the office for an in-person interview with the structural leads. They asked me about my background and some easy technical stuff. The in-person part was about 2 hours, mostly just chatting, which was cool to meet the team.
