Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 20-minute phone screen with an HR recruiter. It began with basic 'tell me about yourself' and 'why American Tower' questions. There wasn't much time to elaborate on answers.

I went through a few rounds of interviews. It started with submitting my resume, then a recorded video interview. After that, I met with the supervising attorney, and then there was another interview after that. Everyone I spoke to was very polite. The company seems like a great place to work.

The interview process was well put together and straightforward. Scheduling was handled via email, and all interviews were conducted on Zoom. The people I met during the process were friendly, and it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. The discussions did focus on law and tech.
