Great experience, the people were super professional. They were all on time and made me feel comfortable before starting. It was a few rounds because they really wanted to get to know me better.
I first spoke with the hiring manager on the phone. Then HR reached out and I went in for an in-person interview. I met with several IT and PMO folks. After that, I had multiple rounds of interviews with different management levels. It was a long process with several rounds over two separate days. I liked the company, and it seemed like most interviewers had been there a while. The salary offer was just too low for me to accept.
I chatted with a really nice and quite funny HR person for about 20 minutes. We mostly went over my CV and talked about my most important past experiences.
