Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter first reached out to me. We had a brief phone chat about my background and salary expectations. After that, I had an online interview with the hiring manager and two other team members.

The interview started with a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. It wasn't very technical or heavy on HR, mainly focused on getting to know the team. They emphasized the amount of work involved.

First I had a phone chat with an HR person about the job and my history. Then a week after, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was short, less than an hour, and pretty much just them asking me to go over my work and achievements from past jobs.
