Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process started fast, but then it totally slowed down and I got no response after two rounds of interviews. They stopped answering my personal emails after the second interview and I only found out the job was filled by a generic email.

The interview was on zoom and was about 45 minutes. The two supervisors were there and they talked about the position and the company. There were a lot of scenario questions and questions about my past experience. They also asked about my work ethic and what I wanted in my next job.

It was a long process, about 5 weeks from when the recruiter first reached out. There were four video interviews with different people. No in-person interviews happened. It felt like there was always another step to get through.
