The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. The last interview was supposed to be in person with some team members. The first two interviews went okay, and HR invited me to the final one. After talking with HR about setting up a time, they just stopped responding. No follow-up, no news on my application, and no idea if they hired someone or if the role is still open.
We moved through the process pretty fast at the start. I had 3 interviews. But then, it really slowed down a lot. I had to chase the people I interviewed with for updates on hiring.
I never got to ask my own questions during the interviews and was mostly grilled without fully understanding the actual position.
