Candidate-reported interview process

You start by applying online. After they review your application and resume, they'll send you a link for an online situational/personality test. If you pass that, you'll have a live phone interview with pretty much the same questions. Once you get through that, you'll have a face-to-face interview with the office manager. If you pass that too, you'll do a phone (or sometimes in-person) interview with both the office manager and the senior manager for the territory.

The interview process was relaxed and organized. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and there were no questions designed to stump applicants. The interview was a decent experience for me.

I was interviewed by a manager and a Relay for Life Specialist. Both asked questions and provided me with opportunities to ask questions. I was called in and met with the manager and the specialist. I was asked a short series of questions and provided ample time to answer each one. I found the two person interview less intimidating and was able to discuss the position with a Specialist who gave me more specifics about the position and what would be required of me. The interview lasted about a half hour.
