Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really nice interview process. I had a two-person interview where they were pretty chill about what the job involves and asked me about how I see the role and what I could contribute. We also discussed the organization's culture and some upcoming changes.

The process was long, meeting many people at different levels within and outside the territory. Most of the interviews were over the phone or virtual. A lot of the time I was asked how I would get volunteers and donations for my territory so we could meet and beat our goals for the year.

The interview process was pretty casual. It took a while to get the interview because they had just gone through a "transformation" at the time. Most of the questions they asked were pretty standard interview questions, in which I felt prepared for.
