I went through 3 phone interviews over a 4-week period. Each interview was at least 30 minutes long. The last interview, which lasted almost an hour, required me to create and present a PowerPoint presentation outlining a 30-60-90 day plan for a hypothetical situation to advance the program. The instructions were clear, but the scenario itself could have been better.
It was pretty easy, I had a phone screen with HR first, then an in-person interview with four people. It felt like they were mostly checking if I was a good personality fit since the first call already confirmed my experience was right.
Had a 45-minute phone chat, then an hour-long face-to-face with a Senior Rep and the current Program Manager. Still waiting to hear back. Overall, it felt pretty chill.
