Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an online assessment, then a phone chat with the recruiter. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the director and another phone chat with their supervisor. Finally, they called with the offer.

Started with a really thorough phone screen, where I had to answer a bunch of questions pretty fast. Then, I chatted with the senior manager for the first interview. The next day, I met with the senior leadership team.

Had an initial phone chat with HR, then an in-person with the hiring manager. After that, I had to submit my 30/60/90 day plan. HR called back and gave me the offer with the salary details.
