There were 4 rounds in total. The first round was a personal interview with HR questions about my current role, strengths, weaknesses, and contributions to the company, followed by a WPT test. The second round was a managerial interview, but the senior manager was absent. The third round was with the director. The final round was with HR for salary negotiation.
The recruitment process is the worst I have ever seen. First round was an Aptitude Test, and out of 50 people, 8 were shortlisted, including me. The next round should have been a Technical Interview. Instead, they conducted the Aptitude test again (same questions as before) for the 8 shortlisted candidates along with a new batch of 50 members. This time, only 1 person was shortlisted, and I was not selected. I did not expect this at all.
The interview process involved four rounds: a business stakeholder interview, a technical interview, an aptitude test, and finally an HR interview.
