Altisource Manager interviews, decoded.

I found the job on Naukri.com, sent my resume, and the company's HR person called me for an initial telephonic interview. After clearing that, I was invited to their Bangalore office for the next round. This involved a one-on-one discussion with the department head (not my immediate manager, who had interviewed me earlier by phone). Following that, there was a discussion with a five-member panel, which included the immediate hiring manager, the department head, and three other stakeholders.

The hiring process was very formal. They give a Wonderlic Test to assess IQ, and you have to score in a certain range to be considered, no matter your background. They also use a personality test.

The interview process involved an aptitude test followed by a face-to-face interview where my past experience and skills were assessed, and some puzzles were presented. This was repeated: first an aptitude test, then a face-to-face where past experience and skills were gauged along with some puzzles.
