Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a Wonderlic test, then a quiz, and finally an interview.

The interview process starts with a telephonic call for initial filtering. Then, you'll need to complete a very easy WTP aptitude test. Following that, there's a panel interview that includes both HR and technical aspects. After the panel, a top manager will interview you, and then you'll have a discussion with the VP. Finally, HR will handle salary negotiations and extend the offer.

The interview process had four rounds. First, a technical round. Then, a preassessment test with 30 questions in 12 minutes. After that, another assessment test with 50 questions in 12 minutes. Finally, a technical and managerial round.
